Monsieur bellhomme field produces Leroy and yellow Bourbon in New Caledonia. The IDA field, is over 300m in size and covers over 13 hecatres. The plots are well located on a well exposed hillside under shade. This unique terrain in New Caledonia, is ideal for the cultivation of Arabica great vintages such as Bourbon sharp and the yellow Bourbon. Adequate rainfall sunshine and ideal temperatures allow a harmonious development of 18000 coffee trees of the largest mountain area of New Caledonia.
